Having worked in big companies allowed me to perceive firsthand what clients with big expectations want, and also what they receive. Yes, people and strata managers want reliability and consistency, and compromise. But it would be nice if they also received expertise, if the service was provided by professionals, and at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, big companies have a huge turnover, and their service is provided by whoever fished in hiring season. And since they maintain a big structure of managers and executives, the hourly rate is too high, which force them to perform in less hours than the place deserves. As a result, the client pays top dollar for a job done by amateurs in a rush.

I decided to change that.

I like to choose my gardens. Luckily I don’t have to worry about getting every job to overbook my days. I like to spend the necessary time taking care of my garden’s needs.
